Singin’ River is looking for an outgoing and friendly craft beer lover who is passionate about creating a brand and customer experiences.  This dynamic position will supervise all platforms of customer relations thru managing day to day operations of the taproom and social media. The chosen applicant will establish and direct a cohesive brand strategy, assistance in brand related events as well as establishing bartender training program. Success in this position will be found in the attention to the customer experience in all platforms. We are looking for an individual who is motivated to help grow and be a part of the family and community. Must be at least 21. Must be available to work full time including most evenings and weekends.

Here’s what you’ll do:

  • Take brand ownership and provide the vision, mission, goals and strategies for Singin’ River Brewing

  • Translate brand strategies into brand plans, brand positioning and go-to-market strategies

  • Managing and executing label design of products

  • Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities to identify opportunities and key issues

  • Form and maintain ongoing touch-point and bridge between branding, marketing, and facilitating communication between departments.

  • Continually research new and innovative approaches to communicate our messaging with our shoppers at retail.

  • Manage and improve communication and process relationships with internal stakeholders, and determine the best brand program strategies for each channel.

  • Build relationships by working with cross functional departments and creative/retail agencies to ensure program synergies and success of brand initiatives at retail.

  • Manage program performance focusing on delivering key metrics of volume and share to budget. Analyze return on investment (ROI) and provide strategic direction on program design moving forward.

  • Manage and execute sales strategy, establishing market focus and sales goals

  • Manage and execute all administrative responsibilities both internally and externally in a timely manner

  • Maximize the effectiveness of POS, merchandising and product placement

  • Create a welcoming, comfortable taproom environment for guests and coworkers

  • Oversee all aspects of management of taproom and staff

  • Interview and hire staff

  • Scheduling

  • Inventory management

  • Team training

  • Cleaning and safety

  • Implement education and training program of bartenders

  • Serve as an ambassador of our brand

  • Plan and execute events

  • Coordinate  marketing and promotions

  • Manage merchandise inventory

Who you are:

  • Reside in the Shoals area or willing to move to the Shoals

  • Passion for meeting new people and  promoting  outstanding products

  • Extremely resourceful and proactive in identifying problems and finding solutions with a strong ability to comfortably handle multiple high-profile situations simultaneously

  • Great passion and knowledge for craft beer

  • Motivated, charismatic, and self-starting personality

  • A high level of organization, planning, and multi-tasking skills

  • Marketing Degree or 2 years’ experience with managing brands

  • Enthusiastic about Singin’ River

  • Able to work predominantly afternoon, evening and weekend hours

  • Willing to take on any job no matter how big or small

  • At least 21 years old

  • Can lift 50 lbs
