Our Beers



Just like a complicated Jazz piece, this smooth, drinkable East Coast IPA has the sharp contrast of a mild, hoppy citrus blend and a malty, bitter finish. Brewed with a combination of American, British and German malts, Apollo and Spalt hops, and dry-hopped with Apollo and an experimental hop variety, this crowd-friendly IPA will please a variety of palates.

16 degrees Plato, 6.2% ABV, 60 IBU


As smooth as the tone that comes from W.C. Handy’s horn, this traditional Blonde ale is easy to drink. It begins with a clean, subtle malt sweetness and finishes with a mild, hoppy bitterness; an ideal blend of American and German malts and Apollo and Spalt hops.

12 degrees Plato, 4.9% ABV, 24 IBU


A true porter in flavor and aroma, it’s as genuine and authentic as that soulful Swamper sound; with a rich coffee tone and smoky malt finish this dark brew is pleasantly fulfilling.

January 2017 – Ghost Bridge Imperial Stout- A bold, black ale perfect for sipping and savoring with a rich, fruity nose. 9.6% ABV, 60 IBUs

February 2017 – Leiprechan Irish Red- This traditional Irish beer is a delicious, deep red color with a dry, malty finish. 5.5% ABV, 20 IBU

March 2017– Tiger Chain Saw Arms -Why Tiger Chainsaw Arms? Why not Tiger Chainsaw Arms? Our Belgian Abbey Tripel-American IPA hybrid is a pale, golden-colored ale with the spicy flavor and aroma of an Abbey Tripel, melded with citrusy American hops. 2016 Alabama Craft Beer State Championship Gold Medal winner. 12.1% ABV, 40 IBU

April 2017 – Roggienbier- An Alabama Rye similar to a Hefeweizen, but brewed using a portion of rye malt rather than wheat. Complex yet refreshing, this beer is great for warm weather! 5.1% ABV, 14 IBU

May 2017 – CodaChrome- This crisp, refreshing golden ale is brewed with ginger and lemongrass and is the perfect note to the end of a long, summer day. 4% ABV, 20 IBUs

June 2017– Orchestrator – A traditional Maibock boosted into the doppel range, this golden orange Orchestrator is next level with a rich, malty flavor and aroma. 40 IBUs, 8.2% ABV

July 2017 – Rob’s Pils is a refreshing pilsner perfect for hot Alabama nights with a pale, gold crisp finish.

August 2017– Hazelnut Sticky Finger Brown Ale- With a deep brown color, and aromas of malt and molasses, this is an American-style brown ale with a twist. 5.6% ABV, 25 IBU

September 2017– Shoals Oktoberfest- Uniquely brewed with 100% Munich malt, this coppery-orange colored lager has a lightly toasted malt flavor, with a malty body and a balanced finish.
6% ABV 23 IBUs

October 2017– Bourbon Ghost Bridge Imperial Stout- This bold, black ale is perfect for sipping and savoring with a rich, fruity nose, aromas of black currant, prune and coffee, and a sweet malt palate. The balanced finish has a delicious twist with fruit toffee flavors, creating a unique drinking experience. 9.6% ABV, 60 IBUs

November 2017 – Howling Red Wolf Red Rye- Red Rye IPA is dry hopped with Hull Melon hops creating notes of citrus, pine and melon.
7.5% ABV 80 IBUs
